RoyIntelli analyzers are not rebadged trade goods. Every chassis, furnace and controller board is produced and tested in our 6,800 m² Changsha facility before it is packed for export.

Four Core Workshops

Mechanical Workshop

CNC machining centers and sheet-metal lines produce frames, turntables and sample-handling mechanisms in-house — tolerance control stays in our hands, not a supplier's.

Electronics Assembly

DSP controller boards, wiring harnesses and touch terminals are assembled and aged on SMT lines with ESD controls, powering every analyzer model.

Furnace & Heater Winding

Round-well furnaces, silicon-molybdenum and SiC heaters are wound and filled in-house — the core of our 1050–1600 °C temperature control.

Calibration & Metrology

Imported reference balances, certified thermocouples and CRMs for each coal rank verify every unit against GB/T, ISO and ASTM requirements.
