Commercial Terms, Made Explicit

Payment, lead time, warranty, shipping and after-sales at a glance — the terms international buyers need before a purchase decision. Everything below is our standard practice; the exact numbers for your order are always confirmed in writing on your Proforma Invoice.

Quotation & Pricing

All quotations are issued in USD on a Proforma Invoice (PI) and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
You choose the price basis: EXW Changsha, FOB (Shanghai or Shenzhen), or CIF — we state it clearly on every PI.
Quotes include the instrument, standard accessories, factory calibration certificate, CRM test report and export wooden-case packing.
A formal quotation with itemized pricing follows within 48 hours of your inquiry.

Payment Terms

Typical schedule: 30% deposit with the signed PI, 70% balance before shipment (copy of packing list & shipping documents provided).
Accepted methods: T/T bank transfer (standard), irrevocable L/C at sight (for larger orders), or negotiable terms for repeat/partner buyers.
Payment terms can be adjusted per order size, country and credit history — discuss with your sales engineer.

Lead Time

Standard production lead time is 20–35 days depending on model and order volume, counted from receipt of the deposit.
In-stock models and popular configurations can ship faster — ask for current availability.
The confirmed lead time is always stated on your PI and shipping schedule.

Shipping & Export Documents

Sea or air freight, arranged by us or your forwarder — FOB/CIF terms include our coordination of the exporting leg.
Export packing: fumigation-free wooden cases with shock indicators, built to survive sea transport to 40+ countries.
Destination-country voltage handled at the factory: 110 V / 220 V, 50/60 Hz — tell us your plug standard.
Documents supplied: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, and (on request) Certificate of Origin form, health/fumigation certificates.

Warranty

Standard warranty: 12 months from commissioning, covering parts and labor for manufacturing defects.
Extended warranty options (24/36 months) available on request.
Consumables (crucibles, oxygen bombs, reagents, seals) and damage from misuse are excluded — your sales engineer will list covered items in the PI.

Installation & Training

Remote commissioning support by video call is included free — our engineers guide your lab staff through unpacking, setup and a CRM verification run.
On-site installation & operator training is available as an option (travel cost plus per-day fee) — quote upon request.
English operation manual, quick-start guide and video tutorials ship with every instrument.

Spare Parts & After-Sales

Spare parts are stocked and supported for 10 years after purchase.
Remote diagnosis by our engineers within 24 hours; faulty parts replaced by express shipment (DHL/FedEx) with worldwide coverage.
Annual calibration & preventive-maintenance service plans available for commercial labs that need audit-grade traceability.

OEM / ODM & Customization

Custom sample counts, voltage/plug standards, chamber configurations, color/branding and report formats are available for distributors and OEM partners.
Tell us your target market standards (ISO/ASTM/GB or local equivalents) — methods are verified with certified reference materials before shipment.

Which terms apply to my order?

This page describes our standard commercial framework. The binding conditions for your specific order — exact price, delivery time, warranty scope and payment schedule — are always stated in your formal quotation (Proforma Invoice) and prevail over this page. Send your sample type and daily throughput and we will confirm everything in writing within 48 hours.
