Overview

The RI-MF1200 programmable muffle furnace covers ashing, ignition-loss, fusion and heat-treatment workflows alongside our proximate analyzers. Multi-segment programmable PID control follows national-standard heating curves automatically, and double over-temperature protection plus a door safety switch protect operators.

High-quality chamber insulation keeps exterior temperatures low and temperature uniformity within a few degrees across the working zone, giving consistent ash results from corner to corner.
